A Different Kind of Mind

Hi! I’m TJ. I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 41, so I’m considered to be “neurodivergent.” In other words, I’m wired a little differently. That comes with strengths and struggles, like anything else. But the misunderstanding around these differences can make life feel a lot harder than it needs to be—and not because I’ve done anything wrong.

Let me try and explain:

Imagine a bunch of apples meets a banana. But instead of calling it a banana, and appreciating it for being a banana, they say it has apple deficiency syndrome, and wonder why it’s not more like an apple. I am that banana. And, that’s what it feels like—not being seen for what I am, but measured by what I’m not.

For a long time, I tried to fit into systems that weren’t built for how I think. Now, I design better ones—systems that are more flexible, more aware of different ways of thinking, and not limited by “the way it has always been done.” My site isn’t a billboard—it’s a window—into how I think, how I view systems, and how I can help—and to who I am, personally. I’d like to introduce you to a world of hidden systems, overlooked patterns, and a quiet brilliance that thrives in making complexity simple. Whether you’re here out of curiosity, connection, or something you can’t quite name yet—welcome. And please, explore.
